Information gathered when making a booking

Some information is required to create a booking, such as name, email address, home address telephone number and info about your group.  We use third party processors when dealing with bookings.  Our booking system is with Uplisting Ltd and card payments are processed through Stripe Payments UK Ltd.  These processors may retain your information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.  If you place a booking through our website, you provide your payment information, including name, credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code and billing address.  We do not store this payment information. We store your address and contact details to fulfil your booking.

Communicate with you

We use your information when needed to send receipts, reminders, pre-arrival information and feedback after departure plus respond to you when you contact us.  You will be asked when completing that booking form if you would like to subscribe to our mailing list, if you choose to subscribe we will send occasional emails with news and special offers we may have.  You can unsubscribe to these at any time.

Sharing information

We do not share your personal information.  Any information provided by you is processed through Uplisting Ltd for your booking and Stripe Payments UK Ltd for your payment information.  We may preserve or disclose information about you to comply with a law, regulation, legal process or government request; to assert legal rights or defend against legal claims; or to prevent, detect or investigate illegal activity, fraud, abuse, violations of our terms or threats to the security of the services or the physical safety of any person.

Data retention

We keep your booking information, for example your name, email address, phone number and address continuously unless disclosed by you that you would like us to remove your data, your personal data will then be anonymised for statistical purposes.
